For the purpose of establishing normal reference values, the author measured blood pressure of 6,
221 school children (male 3,587, female 2,634) in Kwangju area using automatic noninvasive oscil-
lometic method.
Blood pressure increased as age and height increased. Distributions of systolic blood pressures were
